Mr. Lidington wrote to the Jim Fitzpatrick MP Minister of State, on my behalf and he received a reply from Claire Ward MP Parliamentary Under Secretary of State and the Minister responsible for sentencing at the Ministry of Justice, which I will be posting as soon as the relevant permission is obtained from her office.
